1. About this policy

CNLINKO USA INC. (“CNLINKO USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains in this policy how information is handled in connection with our website, cnlinkousa.com, and our business inquiries and customer service.

Our website provides information about industrial connectors and related services. It does not currently offer a customer account or an online checkout. You may contact us through the General Inquiries form, or using the email address or telephone number shown on the website.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us or conduct business with us, we may receive your name, company name, telephone number, address, company website, email address, and inquiry details. The General Inquiries form collects your name, email address, subject, and message, along with your company name and ZIP code if you choose to provide them. The information received depends on your communication and the service you request. You do not need to provide all of these details simply to browse our website.

We use customer information to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer service. We do not use these customer records to send promotional emails or other marketing communications.

3. Website hosting and technical information

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel may process technical information about the request, including your IP address, browser or device information, request and diagnostic logs, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Hosting providers process information to deliver and operate their services and support security and reliability.

Vercel's role depends on the information and processing activity. It processes certain customer data on behalf of its business customers under its Data Processing Addendum, and separately processes certain information for its own purposes under its Privacy Notice. See Vercel's Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum for details.

4. Customer records and QuickBooks Online

We store customer records in QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit. Our sales and finance personnel use these records for the business purposes described above.

Intuit processes customer, vendor, and prospect information on behalf of businesses using QuickBooks. Under its applicable terms, Intuit also acts as a separate data controller for certain purposes, which may include product development and improvement, data analytics, fraud prevention and security, and marketing Intuit's own products and services. Intuit describes its independent processing in its Global Privacy Statement.

This provider processing is separate from CNLINKO USA's decision not to use customer records for marketing. See Intuit's QuickBooks Online Data Processing Agreement for the applicable processing terms.

5. Disclosure for delivery and business services

To arrange delivery, we provide logistics companies with the customer's company name, address, and telephone number. We do not provide customer information to manufacturers or product suppliers.

Information is also processed through the services we use to store records, host the website, and handle email communications. Form submissions are processed by Resend to send an inquiry notification to our sales email address, and by our email provider to receive and manage that notification. We do not automatically add form submissions to QuickBooks Online. See Resend's Privacy Policy for information about its processing. QuickBooks Online and Vercel are described above. Their processing should not be confused with disclosure to manufacturers or suppliers.

6. Cookies and external services

The current website application does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded third-party video players, or code that writes cookies or browser storage for those purposes. Hosting or security features may operate differently depending on the service configuration and circumstances of a visit.

We use Vercel BotID to help protect inquiry submissions against automated abuse. It processes browser and request signals to verify submissions. This security check is separate from advertising or marketing tracking.

The website links to external services, including YouTube, eBay, and Dropbox-hosted product documents. Following a link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Please review that service's privacy information before providing information there.

7. Retention

We do not currently have a fixed retention or deletion schedule for customer records. Order and accounting records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Service providers may also retain information under their own applicable terms.

For questions about the retention of your information or a request to delete it, please contact sales@cnlinkousa.com. Contacting us does not mean that every record can be deleted immediately.

8. Privacy questions and requests

You may contact sales@cnlinkousa.com to ask a privacy question or request correction of your information. Depending on applicable law and our processing activities, you may also have rights to request access to, or deletion of, personal information and other privacy choices. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law and the information involved.

9. Access and security

Customer records are accessed by our sales and finance personnel and processed by the relevant service providers as described in this policy. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our information practices change and identify the date of the updated version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or action, we will follow those requirements.
